Fashion Desk : Recently, designer Sami Alam’s “Made in Bangladesh” fashion show has been ended. It was choreographed by Azra Mahmood, is basically a part of “The Rise of Bengal Tiger”.
Bangladesh-France Trade Investment Summit 2023”, which was held in the Opera Ballroom at Paris of “Intercontinental Paris Le Grand” Venue Paris. On 23 October 2023 which was jointly organized by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) and Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA).
It was in full collaboration with the Embassy of Bangladesh in Paris and the Embassy of France in Bangladesh.
15 models from Paris participated with five Bangladeshi models-Lux superstar and model Mashiyat Rahman, Shireen Sheela, Mir Mariam, Simmi Taspia and Afsana Spriha in the show with the exquisite collection of Bangladeshi designer Sami Alam, who graduated from Ifa Paris.
Her collection called ‘Made in Bangladesh’ represents the village, arts and culture. The theme is an exploration of Bangladeshi culture and French life and culture. Which has made a mark from the heart of Bangladesh to the runways of Paris. It is a proud moment for the fashion industry of Bangladesh.
Mashiyat is busy with regular work in fashion industry and TV media in Bangladesh.
