
Bangladeshi-flagged ship MV Abdullah safely returned home with all 23 sailors aboard yesterday (May 13). The ship anchored at Kutubdia deep sea port around 6:00 pm.
Now the crew members of the ship are set to return to their homes after completing all procedures today (May 14).
The ship’s captain, Abdur Rashid said that all crew members are safe. After the formalities, we will reach Chattogram port jetty by small ship on Tuesday.
On March 12, Somali pirates took MV Abdullah hostage on the way to the UAE from Maputo port in Mozambique, Africa. Later, the pirates disembarked from the MV Abdullah on April 13.
